The BP oil spill in the gulf of Mexico is an example of scientific accounting fraud where by inadequate, inaccurate or misleading information is used to convey confidence in the safety, human, environmental and economic impact of an event such as off shore oil drilling, smog produced by building fleets of less fuel efficient vehicles, chemical toxins, endocrine disruptors, radioactive material, automobile software and trans fats contaminated foods, etc It is motivated by the same criminal values that drive financial accountings fraud. In this case BP’s drive for more money and less costly and unnecessary (their version) requirements like a back up well means, we get more toxins and environmental and economic destruction Another component is human and ecological accounting fraud that is associated with BP’s reported impact on the ecology and economic impact of the gulf region. Total these accounting and you are just beginning to calculate the Gross Domestic Damage (GDD) that is done in pursuit of the GDP. I wonder if the Government Accounting Office calculates the GDD because if they are not, reports on the growth in the GDP amounts to Government Accounting Fraud (GAF) Let see where the Obama administration can help reveal the inaccuracy of the GDP. Just like financial accounting fraud needs to be subject to higher accounting standards, human, ecological, scientific accounting fraud must become subject to higher standards and criminal prosecution of those who clearly break these accounting standards, if we are going to survive.

Federal Environment Committee Bill C-311
I am writing to ask you to support the swift passage of Bill C-311, the Climate Change Accountability Act.
Bill C-311 would ensure that Canada does its fair share to prevent dangerous climate change. It would set national greenhouse gas emission targets, following recommendations from the Nobel Prize-winning Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC).
Canadians want our country to play a leadership role when nations gather in Copenhagen in December to finalize a global climate treaty that will apply after 2012. We need to take action to prevent the dangerous impacts of climate change – droughts, famines, water shortages, devastating hurricanes and mass extinctions of many of the world’s plant and animal species.
I am asking that all parties work together to pass the Climate Change Accountability Act as soon as possible. For the sake of the environment and future generations, we need to take action now.
I consider the destabilisation of our planets climate to be a global environmental crime against nature upon which humanity relies upon to survive. Political and business leaders once considered slavery a good business model. Today there are political and business leaders who are using what will increasingly be seen as criminal negligence in addressing the impact global climate destabilisation will have to others and our planet. There is an international criminal court for crimes against humanity. One day the mandate of that court will be expanded to include environmental crimes against humanity. Please excuse me if I don’t get the details correct but the national on Tue 08 Sep 09 interviewed the Ottawa Center candidate who was in the process of putting his stickers on water bottles. Not a very smart move as more people are finally coming to see the ecological footprint of putting water in small bottles and trucking it around the country is not sustainable.
If a candidate has not figured out that one what is their ecological consciousness?
Now a truly harder question. If the destabilisation of our planet's climate is not a global environmental crimes against humanity what perspective are those who claim to be leaders using .
Political and business leaders once considered slavery a good business model. What values did they share with today’s climate criminals who claim to be leaders?

Meet up Group Formed
Political and business leader once though slavery was a good business model
Who should be the first person to face prosecution for environmental crimes against humanity before the international criminal court ?
Today some of our political and corporate leaders still think it is a good business model to squander the worlds oil supplies, plunder the world oceans and destabilising our planets climate.
Should corporate leaders use financial accounting fraud they are increasingly subject to criminal prosecution. But should political and corporate leaders use fraudulent science to sabotage legislation or hide the impact of their polities and business plans have on human mental and physical well being or the destabilisation of our planet’s climate they face virtually no liability for their actions, but instead can profit immensely.
A meetup group has been formed to examine the concept of expanding the mandate of the International Criminal Court (ICC) to include global social, economic and environmental crimes against humanity and nature.
In the late 1990s the mandate of the ICC was expanded to include prosecution of individuals who used rape as a tactic of war because of the mass rape that had occurred in the former Yugoslavia.
Understanding how the mandate of the ICC was expanded and who were the key players in making that happen will be of key importance if expanding the mandate of the ICC is considered to be is a viable options to solving the destruction of the life sustaining ability of our planet.

We have an international criminal court for war crimes do we need one for environmental crimes against humanity and the ability of our planet to sustain life.
I am writing to make you aware of an initiative that I have begun to create an International Criminal Court to prosecute political and corporate leaders and their follower for environmental crimes against humanity. Deceit, fraudulent science and an economic accounting system that ignores the impact on human mental and physical health, and our environment has been used to sabotage the implementation and enforcement of policies that would prevent catastrophic altering and destruction of the life sustaining ability of our planet.
During your time in government you managed to get Canada on a more stable fiscal path. Which is paying dividends with the world having witnessed the deceit by which the financial sectors will operate without adequate regulation and enforcement. Deceit might be a strong opening position but if I had managed you financial portfolio using the same values, I believe you would not be using the term misbehaving as some US politicians are using to describe the acts committed by the leadership of the financial institutions.
Unfortunately what is described as risky financial investments are not the only criminal acts that politicians are failing to regulate. Our planet’s climate is being destabilized by a political economic philosophy that result in politicians sanctioning corporate manufactured epidemics of illness and death. Corporate tobacco filled our cemeteries, as is the sugar and trans fats contaminated food industry. The birth ration between males and females is being skewered because of chemicals where the scientific requirement that they be evaluated was dismissed as unnecessary or sabotaged.

Trust has again been shattered that our political leaders are using a competent values system. The raising of consciousness has many motivators and painful disappointment is one of them as is the horror of the consequences.

Environmental Crimes Against Humanity
The following e mail was sent on Wednesday the 4th of Mar 2009 with the end goal of creating an International Criminal Court for Environmental Crimes Against Humanity. At present political leaders and their supporter can be subject to prosecution for war crimes and crimes against humanity. In 1996 the use of rape as an instrument of war was recognized as a war crime because of the atrocities in the former Yugoslavia.
Environmental Crimes Against Humanity as it is presently envisioned, entails political and corporate leaders and their supporters who have sabotaged the introduction of climate stewardship policy, or the regulation of genetic modified organisms, chemicals, nano technology or trade legislation using fraudulent science, censorship of research and the removal of political appointees.
Sabotage: noun any underhand interference with production, work, or legislation in a plant, factory, as by enemy agents often portrayed to occurring during wartime or by employees during a trade dispute. As well as any act undermining of a cause, to injure or attack, disable, vandalize, cripple.
What comes to mind for most people is the use of explosives to sabotage a rail line, a bridge. Sabotage in the case of environmental crimes against humanity entails acts that hinder the development and implementation of policies using criminal values of deceit, deceptions to delay, or cripple the legislative process. Advertising designed to fool people about the unsustainable, toxic, lethal or harmful nature of a corporations business plan can also be seen as attempting to sabotage the goal of living sustainably on our planet, especially if human mental and physical health and the environment is harmed.
Fraudulent science entails paying scientists or those who are clearly not qualified to perform climate, chemical or rick assessment research with the objective of delaying the political process by creating doubt about reputable science. Censorship entails the act by politicians, corporate leaders and employees that have prohibiting research or the suppressed the release of research.

I consider the destabilisation of our planets climate to be a global environmental crime against humanity and our planets ability to sustain life.
A group best described as radical fundamentalist capitalists have been using economic theories that are committing not only massive financial accounting fraud that has wrecked the global economy but also global ecological accounting fraud that is wreaking our planet’s climate and ability to sustain life.
Your government has committed to be tough on crime, does that include corporate crime? Do you believe that individuals who have used fraudulent science in an attempt to sabotage climate polices should be subject to criminal prosecution?
I am writing to request your support for the creation of an International Criminal Court to prosecute individuals who have attempted to sabotage global climate negotiations using fraudulent financial accounting as to the costs of living sustainably. As well those who are permitting the unsustainably plundering our oceans fish stocks? The politicians that are permitting the Mediterranean blue fin Tuna to be plundered to commercial extinction by corporations should face criminal prosecution for using criminal negligence to manage our ecological resources. We have destabilised our planets ozone layer, and the birth ration of males and females using the fraudulent science of the chemical corporations. The advocates of nano technology must not be permitted to use fraudulent science as to their benefit while failing to investigate their hazards. How much nano technology do you want in your children’s bodies along with the hundreds of chemical that will eventually enter their body?
We will not survive if there is not criminal prosecution to counter the short-term financial rewards of sabotaging global environmental stewardship policies using fraudulent science.
What perspective is your government using to address the corporate manufactured ignorance that has created a cult that believes that monster homes, monster vehicles, and monster ecological footprints are economically viable, environmentally sustainable and ethical.
I hope you realize that the calls for environmental justice are not going to get away and for politicians to remain legitimate representatives of the citizens of this planet they will have to embark on addressing the deceitful, callous values that the present hijacked version of capitalism has become. Externalities where by peoples lives are ruined, through negligence must not continue to be views as too expensive or that will some how be addressed in time by the invisible hand in the market.
We are being sold on the agenda the oil sands must continue to expand. The ultimate test of the values system your government is using is whether our plant’s climate can continue to sustain life, not sustain the values of the criminal negligent corporate agenda.
